We are confident you will love our bars and you won’t have to return them. However, if you think you need to return them for any reason, we will be happy to treat your return claim within 14 days of you receiving your box of Protabar.
We treat refunds and returns case by case.
If you didn’t receive your box within 20 days, or if your box or/and bar were damaged in the shipping process, we will be happy to investigate the matter and refund you.
