PROTABAR® Refund & Return Policy
No Returns on Food Products
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any food items for health and safety reasons.
Refunds for Undelivered Orders
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Non-Refundable
- Opened or consumed products (unless defective)
- Orders that have been successfully delivered without damage or error
