PROTABAR® Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

One-Time Orders
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@protabar.com or via WhatsApp. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a PROTABAR® product, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at your chosen frequency: weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal. Subscribers receive an exclusive discount compared to the one-time purchase price.

Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including changing your delivery frequency, skipping an order, or updating your payment method.

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date. To cancel, log in to your account or contact us directly. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds on Recurring Orders
Recurring orders follow our standard Refund Policy. Charges already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable unless the order was undelivered or arrived damaged.

Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to update pricing on purchase options. You will be notified in advance of any changes affecting your plan.
